Pay As You Go Support
This service is ideal for businesses that do not necessarily need to hire a full or part time IT member of staff, but does need ‘as and when you need it’ IT support. This is also suitable for companies that are looking to complement their In-house IT department or assist in short term projects, holiday or back-up cover but don't want to be tied into a monthly contract.

This service is a pay monthly bespoke contracted agreement designed on your specific requirements.
The Complete Support Solution
This solution has been developed after reviewing feedback from our longest standing clients and offers a mix of both remote and on-site IT support services, with the added benefit of a dedicated account manager to steer your IT systems in the right direction.
With this service, we will work with you to develop a bespoke contract that will be designed depending on the size of your business, number of users and the level of support required. This way, all levels of businesses can benefit from our full support service at the most cost effective rate for them. You will receive unlimited remote, telephone and email support with a 1 hour response time and we will proactively monitor your IT systems 24/7 to ensure your network is as secure as possible and operating efficiently. We also provide on-site IT support days where a certified engineer will come to your office on a regular basis to work on any IT issues as well as suggesting improvements to your IT infrastructure.
Working in conjunction with both the remote IT support team and certified field engineers, you will be appointed with a dedicated account manager who will oversee all aspects of your IT support and act as your main point of contact giving you continuity throughout the course of your contract. The dedicated account manager will build a close relationship with the business and will be on hand for any advice needed.

On-Site Engineer Support
Whether you need consultancy advice on future projects or an engineer to install new equipment or software, handle server issues or even just for training purposes, Comcheck Systems has the experience and expertise to help.
Our engineers have been with us between 4 - 15 years and have therefore grown with the company and the ever changing IT industry. Each engineer has worked with a huge variety of companies, and most importantly, are up-to-date on the latest technologies. We can draw on this wealth of experience to help assist you in the more 'hands on' IT issues that may arise.
Ad Hoc Support
With this service you can pay as you go for on-site engineer support on a per hour basis at an extremely competitive rate.

Contracted 1st Line Support
For a business that requires an on-site 1st line support member of staff, whether it’s to cover annual leave, absence, project consultancy or increased work load, Comcheck Systems Ltd can supply you with the necessary resource. Excelling in both 1st line technical support and customer service, our certified engineers will work on-site to take on and resolve issues as they arise real time. Backed up by our remote support team you are safe in the knowledge your IT systems are being looked after.

IT Management
The need for a manager to direct the IT aspects of your organisation will be dependent on the size of your company and the nature of your business. Your company may be expanding and becoming more dependent on your IT systems, however due to time restraints, the office manager or managing director may no longer have the time and knowledge to be able to cater for the demands on your IT infrastructure and therefore need to look at either hiring a full time member of staff, or alternatively to save on cost, outsourcing the work to an IT company that can direct the IT aspects of your business.
It may be that you need additional assistance for an existing manager whose attention needs to be focused elsewhere or to cover annual leave or absence. Either way, Comcheck Systems have trained IT specialists who have been in the industry for over 8 years, have first hand experience, the necessary skills and expertise within IT management to help drive your business forward.
As an IT manager, we will work with your senior management to gain an understanding of your business’ working practices. We will then put together a proposal on how your IT can be managed, developed and budgeted so it can support any company plans.
We can also assist with any managerial roles such as project management, hardware and software management, task management, financial strategies, future planning etc. We specialise in the integration, development and support of Microsoft applications and databases including SharePoint, Portal Server, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Access and Microsoft SQL Server.
How often you use this service is again unique to your company requirements. Most of the IT Manager contracts that Comcheck provide are on a part time basis and are between 1-3 days a week based on a 6 month contract.
